定量泵是種工作時可以實現每轉的理論排量保持不變的泵設備,它的使用使得鎂合金熔化、保溫熔爐工作更具效率,那么定量泵工作原理是怎樣實現的呢?
定量泵工作原理
在轉速恒定的條件下,輸出流量可變的為變量泵,反之為定量泵。他們最大的不同就是變量泵的軸是偏心安裝。簡單來說定量泵的轉速選定后,他的流量就不能調節。變量泵的輸出流量可以根據系統的壓力變化,自動地調節流量,就是壓力高時輸出流量小,壓力低時輸出流量大。這樣他可以節省液壓元件的數量,從而簡化了油路系統,而且可以減少油發熱。缺點是流量脈動嚴重,系統壓力不太平穩,泵的壽命短,泵的軸承容易壞,因為他是偏心安裝,而且泵的嘈音大。
葉片泵通過調節偏心距、柱塞泵通過調節滑板角度可以實現變量。定量泵工作時利用隔膜前后動作使隔膜與泵頭間變化造成球閥上下移動形成真空吸附與推擠現象達到液體輸送之目的。當膜片往后拉時,出口球閥掉下與球座緊緊密合,入口球閥因膜片后拉時與泵頭間產生真空而往上浮起,液體跟著被吸上來。當膜片往前推時,入口球閥與球座氣密,使液體不會通過,而出口因膜片往前推擠使球閥開啟,液體吐出。

力士樂柱塞泵是液壓系統之中的重要設備。它依靠柱塞在缸體之中的往復運動,改變密封工作腔的容積,實現吸油和油壓。力士樂柱塞泵具有額定壓力高、結構緊湊、效率高、流量調節方便等優點。
1、無論力士樂柱塞泵是采用坐安裝還是法蘭安裝方法,基礎支座均應具有足夠的剛性.
2、驅動軸(如電機軸)與泵軸之間的同軸度《0.05mm,可用千分表找正。
3、盡量避免使用帶、鏈條齒輪等帶動泵,因為此時力士樂柱塞泵受徑向載荷。
4、安裝在油箱上的液壓泵的中心高至油面的距離不大于500mm,吸入壓力應在(-16.7-0.5)*10Pa。否則力士樂柱塞泵難以自吸而產生氣穴現象。高真空度將會造成吸空零件磨損,并產生噪聲、振動等故障。
5、原則上吸油管不推薦安裝過濾器,而只在力士樂柱塞泵的出口則裝過濾精度為25Mpa的管路濾油器,液壓泵最好安裝在油箱旁邊,采用倒灌吸油。
6、當向力士樂柱塞油泵上安裝聯軸器時,不能用力敲擊泵軸,往往在泵軸上有專門用來安裝聯軸器的工藝螺紋,可以用它來將聯軸器壓入泵軸。

力士樂柱塞泵復運動,從而完成泵油任務,泵油過程可分為以下三個階段。
進油過程當凸輪的凸起部分轉過去后,在彈簧力的作用下,柱塞向下運動,柱塞上部空間(稱為泵油室)產生真空度,當柱塞上端面把柱塞套上的進油孔打開后,充滿在油泵上體油道內的柴油經油孔進入泵油室,柱塞運動到下止點,進油結束。
供油過程當凸輪軸轉到凸輪的凸起部分頂起滾輪體時,柱塞彈簧被壓縮,柱塞向上運動,燃油受壓,一部分燃油經油孔流回噴油泵上體油腔。當柱塞頂面遮住套筒上進油孔的上緣時,由于柱塞和套筒的配合間隙很小(0.0015-0.0025mm)使柱塞頂部的泵油室成為一個密封油腔,柱塞繼續上升,泵油室內的油壓迅速升高,泵油壓力 出油閥彈簧力+高壓油管剩余壓力時,推開出油閥,高壓柴油經出油閥進入高壓油管,通過噴油器噴入燃燒室。
回油過程柱塞向上供油,當上行到柱塞上的斜槽(停供邊)與套筒上的回油孔相通時,泵油室低壓油路便與柱塞頭部的中孔和徑向孔及斜槽溝通,油壓驟然下降,出油閥在彈簧力的作用下迅速關閉,停止供油。此后柱塞還要上行,當凸輪的凸起部分轉過去后,在彈簧的作用下,柱塞又下行。此時便開始了下一個循環。

我們知道柱塞泵可以分為變量泵和定量泵,為了滿足客戶隨時調整排量的需求,從未停止過變量泵的研發。控制柱塞泵實現變量的目的是控制泵速或調節泵排量。當通過改變液壓泵的排量V(幾何參數)來調節流量時,當泵的轉速不變時,泵的排出流量發生變化,從而形成流量控制泵。
變量柱塞泵有什么特點?
1、閉環液壓傳動用斜盤型軸向柱塞變量泵;
2、流量與驅動速度和排量成正比,可以無限變化;
3、流量隨著斜盤的擺動角度從零增加到峰值。
4、通過在中間位置擺動斜盤,可以平穩地改變液體流動的方向。

1.泵的軸線與電機的軸線虛保持一定的同軸度。對于齒輪泵,泵的轉動軸與電機輸出軸之間的安裝采用彈性聯軸節,其不同軸度不得大于O.1mm,采用軸套式聯軸節的不同軸度不得大于0.05mm;對于葉片泵,一般要求不同軸度不得大于0.1mm,且與電機之間應采用撓性連接;同樣對于斜盤式軸向安裝精度也提出具體要求:
(1)支座安裝的斜盤式軸向泵,其同軸度檢查允差事=0.1mm;
(2)采用法蘭安裝時,安裝精度要求其芯軸徑向法蘭同軸度檢查公差為西=0.1mm:法蘭垂直度檢查允差t=0.1mm;
(3)采用軸承支架安裝皮帶輪或齒輪,然后通過彈性聯軸節與泵聯接,來保證泵的主動軸不承受徑向力和軸向力。可以允許承受的力應嚴格控制在許用范圍內,特殊情況下還要對轉子進行精密的動平衡實驗,以盡量避免共振。
2.濾器的安裝
為避免泵抽空,嚴禁使用精密過濾器。對于齒輪泵的過濾精度應≤40um,在吸油口常用網式過濾器。對于葉片泵,柱塞泵,油液的清潔度應達到國家標準等級16/19級,使用的過濾器精度大多為25~30um。吸油口過濾器的正確選擇和安裝,會使液壓故障明顯減少,各元件的使用壽命可大大延長。
3.配管的安裝要求
(1)進油管的安裝高度不得大于O.5m。進油管必須清洗干凈,與泵進油口配合的油泵緊密結合,必要時可加上密封膠,以免空氣進入液壓系統中。
(2)進油管道的彎頭不宜過多,進油管道口應接有過濾器,過濾器不允許漏出油箱的油面。當泵正常運轉后,其油面離過濾器頂面至少應有100mm,以免空氣進入,過濾器的有效通油面積一般不低于泵進油口油管的橫截面積的50倍,并且過濾器應經常清洗,以免堵塞。(3)吸入管,壓出管和回油管的通徑不應小于規定值。
(4)泵的泄漏回油管不宜與液壓系統其他回油管聯在一起,應單獨并插入油箱液面以下。
(5)為了防止泵的振動和噪聲沿管道傳至系統,在泵的吸入口和壓出口可各安裝一段軟管,但壓出口軟管應垂直安裝,長度不應超過400~600mm,吸入口軟管要有一定的強度,避免由于管內有真空度而使其出現變扁現象。
